Alexandru is Senior Associate, with extensive experience in advising clients in corporate and employment matters, as well as in the field of public projects, such as public procurement and concessions.

He has been assisting clients during the award procedures with the preparation of the tender documents/tender, drafting and reviewing various types of commercial and public agreements (e.g. supply agreements, design and work agreements, concession agreements, outsourcing agreements, general terms and conditions for the provision of electronic communications services), drafting legal opinions and memoranda, supporting foreign investors with the procedure of establishing local companies and the corporate governance of such companies, the implementation of the health and safety regulations at the workplace, termination of the employment relations and lay-off procedures.
