Purpose: Establishment of a state of emergency until 16 April 2020.
Main measures:
- Measures with direct and immediate applicability, such as:
– affected economic operators may obtain emergency situation certificates;
– the documents issued by the public authorities expiring during the emergency remain valid;
– the activity of the courts is limited to urgent cases; - First-aid measures with gradual applicability may be further imposed, such as isolation and quarantine of certain persons, restriction of the right to free movement.
