Purpose: Approval of the Procedure for the implementation of the “Grants for working capital granted to SMEs” within the state aid scheme established by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 130/2020 on certain measures for granting financial support from non-reimbursable external funds, related to the Competitiveness 2014-2020 Operational Program, in the context of the COVID-19 crisis, as well as other measures in the European funds field.
