Purpose: Amends the concept of quarantine, meaning: i) institutionalized quarantine specialized spaces; ii) quarantine at home; iii) isolation at home; iv) the quarantine of a community represents quarantine at a declared location, because of the establishment of the quarantine measure in some buildings, localities, or geographical areas, according to the law.
