Purpose: amendments to the restrictions implemented through Military Ordinance no. 3/2020 and enactment of new restrictive measures concerning the free movement of people outside their home for preventing the spread of COVID-19 among population.
Main measures:
- new conditions regarding the free movement of elderly people over 65 years of age outside their home: (i) with respect to the time interval (free movement allowed also between 20:00 and 21:00 for pets needs) and (ii) no time limit provided for solving medical issues;
- economic operators selling food and products of strict necessity must adapt their work schedule to facilitate the access of elderly people over 65 years of age during time interval 11:00 – 13:00.
