Purpose: Amending Law no. 55/2020 on certain measures for preventing and combating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to amend letter a) in art. 7 of Law no. 81/2018 on telework
Main measures:
- General obligation to wear a protective mask within public spaces (regardless of whether they are closed or open), commercial spaces, means of public transport and at work;
- Obligation for employers to introduce work at home or in telework, where possible.
