Purpose: Extension of the deadlines for the submission of documents provided for by associations and foundations, as well as legal persons registered with the trade register.
Main measure:
- The deadline for submitting the ultimate beneficiary owner statement for companies as well as that for associations and foundations was extended to 90 days from the end of the alert state;
- The ultimate beneficiary owner statement may be submitted in the form of a document under private signature or under electronic form and may be sent to the trade register office by electronic means, with electronic signature, or by postal and courier services.
