Specializing in Corporate law and lately in Environmental law, Stelian is deeply engaged in providing comprehensive support for clients’ day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of various projects in emerging niche industries.
Stelian holds a law degree and a PhD in Environmental Law from the University of Bucharest, which enhances his expertise, enabling him to navigate complex legal landscapes related to environmental regulations and sustainability.
Over the past five years, he has been deeply involved in the emerging blockchain technology, supporting various well-established platforms in the crypto and IT&C industry. This includes providing legal expertise for projects ranging from food delivery and mass conferencing to video calling, crypto and stock trading, minting of NFTs, and big data processing.
