Razvan is Of Counsel in our Tech+Digital practice and has an extensive knowledge of the IT&C sector. He has been a key lawyer in providing agile advice in various technology projects including commercial and regulatory advice, sourcing relationships, IT development contracts, data protection and e-privacy compliance, product safety standards compliance, consumer protection regulation.
He advised on a growing number of technology projects including DLT-enabled products and financing operations, home automation, IoT, SaaS, blockchain-based technologies and other Web 3.0 related advice.
