Iustina is Partner in our Real Estate practice, with a special focus on assets acquisitions and disposals, development of complex real estate projects, as well as drafting and negotiating lease agreements and other related transaction documents.

She is a core member of the real estate team, dedicating 100% of her time to this area and being involved in almost all real estate projects the firm has. She is continuously praised by clients and shows great dedication to each of them.

Iustina advised on several projects covering a significant part of the real estate market, including retail, office buildings, industrial and residential. She also advised on PPP matters, concession and infrastructure projects, various commercial contracts, as well as specific regulatory and environmental matters.
