Cătălin Apătean is Associate in the White-Collar Crime team, contributing to the firm’s expertise in criminal law and criminal procedural law. He focuses on assisting and representing parties in criminal prosecution and trial stages and has been actively involved in cases related to fraud, abuse of office, forgery, corruption and customs offenses.
