Purpose: procedure for issuance of emergency situation certificates to economic operators whose business have been affected by the SARS-COV-2 pandemic. Further amended by Order no. 822/2020 and Order no. 872/2020 issued by the Minister of Economy, Energy and Affairs.
Main provisions:
- two types of emergency situation certificates (i) type 1 – blue for economic operators’ activity of which was totally or partially interrupted due to the effects of decisions issued by the public authorities during the decreed state of emergency and (ii) type 2 – yellow for economic operators with a decrease of minimum 25% of their revenues or receipts in March 2020 compared to the average of January and February 2020.
