Purpose: Approving the Procedure for implementing the “Grants to SMEs for investment purposes” within the state aid scheme established pursuant to GEO no. 130/2020 on certain measures for granting of financial support from non-reimbursable external funds, related to the Competitiveness 2014-2020 Operational Program, in the context of the COVID-19 crisis, as well as other measures in the field of European funds.
