Purpose: Implementation of certain provisions of GEO no. 180/2020 for amending Law no. 136/2020 establishing the measures in the field of public health in situations of epidemiological and biological risk, GEO no. 158/2005 on leave and social health insurance benefits, as well as for the establishment of measures regarding the granting of sick leave.
Main measures:
- Approving the rights and obligations of health insurance companies and health care providers;
- Approving the model contract between the medical services providers in primary health care under which the family doctors and the health insurance companies operate.
