Focus: amendments regarding the free movement of elderly people over 65 years and new restrictions in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Main measures:
- movement of elderly people over 65 years outside their home is allowed under the following conditions (i) irrespective the time interval for professional purposes, agricultural activities, or medical assistance which cannot be postponed, or (ii) during 7:00 -11:00 and 19:00-22:00 intervals for justified reasons such as to acquiring basic needs goods;
- economic operators selling foods or strict necessity goods, performing their activities in accordance with the previous military ordinances, must adapt their work schedule to facilitate the access of elderly people over 65 years during the 7:00-11:00 and 19:00-22:00 time intervals.
