Purpose: Measures regarding the beneficiaries of EU funds in the context of the spread of COVID-19
Main Measures:
- Increased flexibility of procedural deadlines for the preparation of pre-financing documents/payment requests/reimbursement requests,
- Possibility to amend contracts in order to reduce the minimum value of interim payment certificates,
- Possibility to introduce a contractual clause for the advance payment of equipment and/or materials.
