Purpose: Establishing urgent measures to ensure the need for doctors during the epidemiological risk generated by the COVID-19 pandemic and to amend art. 11 of Law no. 55/2020 on some measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 (for example prolongation of certain terms, filling a vacancy, etc.).
