Purpose: Establishment of measures regarding the use of electronic documents in the fields of construction, architecture and urbanism
Main measures:
- documentation must meet the following conditions:
- to be presented in full in electronic form;
- to be signed by all specialists provided by law with a qualified electronic signature issued under the conditions of this emergency ordinance, by a qualified reliable service provider;
- to meet the substantive conditions provided by the legislation in force regarding the authorization of construction works, urbanism and landscaping.
