Purpose: Establishment of support measures for employees and employers in the context of the epidemiological situation caused by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus
Main measures:
- Employees of employers whose activity has been suspended as a result of the epidemiological investigation conducted by the county public health directorates benefit from the indemnity provided in art. XI of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 30/2020;
- The indemnity provided shall be calculated for the number of days in which the activity was suspended and shall apply for the entire period in which the activity is suspended, but not later than December 31, 2020.
