Purpose: Amending annexes no. 2 and 3 to Government Decision no. 856/2020 on the extension of the state of alert on the Romanian territory starting with October 15, 2020, as well as the establishment of the measures applied during such time to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic
Main measures:
- Wearing a protective mask so as to cover the nose and mouth is mandatory for all persons who have reached the age of 5 in all open public spaces;
- ban of people circulation during 23 pm -5 am except for specific reasons and obligation of certain economic operators to organize their activity within the 5 am – 21 pm time interval;
- Suspension of the activity of closed agri-food markets, fairs, mixed flea markets, with the exemption of agri-food markets that can be organized in open public areas;
