Purpose: Modification of GD no. 394/2020 regarding the declaring of the state of alert.
Main measures:
- Suspension lift for the: (i) sports competitions organized outdoors or in indoor or outdoor pools; (ii) organization of drive-in shows only if the occupants of a vehicle are members of the same family; (iii) organization of outdoor performance of shows, concerts, public and private festivals or other cultural events (allowed only with the participation of at most 500 spectators with seats on the seats, at a distance of at least 2 meters from each other, as well as wearing a protective mask);
- Consumption of food and beverages are permitted in specially designed outdoor spaces, ensuring a minimum distance of 2 m between tables and the participation of a maximum of 4 people at a table.
