Ruxandra is Managing Associate in our Corporate/ M&A practice. She has been involved in a wide range of projects, including acquisitions and corporate restructuring schemes such as mergers, spin-offs and business transfer agreements.
She also benefits from background expertise in the commercial and public procurement practice, having advised various international and domestic clients. Ruxandra is also involved in competition matters related to investigations in the energy sector.
