Maxim is Managing Associate in our Litigation & Arbitration practice, specializing in commercial, civil, insolvency and labour law disputes.

He has a broad expertise in advising on public tenders related disputes, providing legal assistance in relation to submitting and defending cases in front of the National Council for Solving Complaints. He also advises on intellectual property disputes, providing legal assistance in relation to registration of trademarks, drafting of oppositions, trademark annulment and other similar procedures.
