Andrei is Counsel in our Corporate, Commercial and M&A, as well Employment teams. Over time, Andrei has been involved in most of the firm’s key mandates, flawlessly managing teams of lawyers and acting as main contact for certain clients.

He has been involved in high profile M&A transactions and advised clients on a broad range of restructuring and acquisition matters. Moreover, he focuses on Employment related matters such as individual and collective labour relations, dismissals, settlement of employment disputes, transfer of undertakings as well as employment law compliance.

Andrei’s assertiveness in complex mandates and his self-sufficient management of certain mandates brought him the appreciation of the clients.

  • Contributor to act legal‘s Labour Law Guide, a practical guide for labour law in most of the relevant economies in continental Europe;
  • Andrei has written articles, participated as speaker to various webinars, carried out online trainings and developed a large number of policies for the firm’s clients, concerning remote working, as well as the return to office after the state of alert;
  • In 2020 Andrei was member of our team of trainers who provided certain law courses for 4th year students at The Entrepreneurship Academy, a BBA program in business management and entrepreneurship.
